Ministry
Pastor Paul has been at Lighthouse Alliance Church since May 2000. He has been in pastoral ministry since 1997. He is ordained with the Christian and Missionary Alliance.
Paul spent the first part of his life attemtping to earn his own righteousness through trying to be a good person. Through the working of the Holy Spirit on his heart, Paul was made aware that he was not a good person, but a sinner who desperately needed a Savior. On May 6, 1988, Paul repented of his sins and placed his trust in Jesus Christ alone to save him.
He is a graduate of the Way of the Master School of Biblical Evangelism and attended the Living Waters Ambassadors Academy #11. In the past, he has served as a certified teacher/trainer with Evangelism Explosion International and as a counselor for a Billy Graham crusade. He teaches extension classes for the Moody Bible Institute.
His goal for ministry is to reach the lost with the Gospel, draw people deeper in love with Jesus Christ, help them cultivate a discipline of daily time in the Word of God and in prayer, and to urge them toward greater obedience to Christ.
